When the company that defined customer services calls, they expect the best—and we deliver.
Nordstrom has trusted us with the flooring for a number of its Seattle-areas properties, from carpet to tile to stair treads. In each case, we worked overnight, meticulously handling demolition and installation, and ensuring every rack and fixture went right back where it belonged. Each morning that followed, you’d have never known we were there—except for those beautiful new floors and satisfied smiles.
Hundreds of thousands of people count on AAA Washington in a pinch—so we wanted AAA to count on us.
We won their business during a major brand and office overhaul by out-responding, out-performing, and simply out-helping the competition. We consulted on components that complemented their new design and provided zero-hassle delivery and installation in four new offices.

When Starbucks refreshed their iconic Seattle headquarters, they took a phased approach.
Some phases required several hundred square yards of carpeting; others took as much as 2,000. Regardless of the size, we had the same amount of time to perfectly install the carpeting in each phase—just four days. So we adjusted our number of installers accordingly, doubling the crew as necessary to ensure we always had enough hands and knowhow on-site to enable Starbucks to meet its deadline.
When we were named Key Bank’s Kimball® Office supplier, we had to come up to speed fast.
Every year, the company carries out new construction, branch remodels and furniture additions in locations across the country. Our deadline for budget projections? Yesterday. We jumped in, contacting every construction and facility manager in our region to understand expectations and devise a game plan that worked for everyone. Based on what we heard, we developed enhanced design standards, a user-friendly furniture catalog, and expedited budget proposals. After helping Key Bank personnel smoothly process their orders, we coordinated with the general contractors and installers at each location, ensuring all deliveries and installations were completed flawlessly. We finished the work on time and on budget, with a new understanding of how Key Bank approaches its facilities. Not that we have time to rest on our laurels; Key Bank asked us to do it all over again the following year.
When we learned that local nonprofit Food Lifeline was planning a move into a new facility, we connected them with a client interested in donating workstations, seating and more.
The only complication? The furniture needed to be removed from its original home right away, and it had to happen over a weekend. We orchestrated the project in just a few short days, coordinating the labor to tear down the workstations, inventorying the parts and pieces, photographing the design layout, and packing everything neatly into storage—all while ensuring that we left the furniture’s former home even cleaner than we found it.
